Mect's microdispenser MAP-922 dispenses liquids
that bond components, including electric, electronic, and precision
ones. It has many sophisticated features. With a built-in digital
pressure gaue, digital vacuum gauge and digital timer, this
dispenser supplies liquids at constant amounts with high precision.
This dispenser can be used with various materials, such as pastes
(solder cream, gold, silver and copper pastes and various other
conductive pastes), resinous abhesives (epoxy, rubber, urethane
and silicon-baseed), anaerobic bonds, UV bonds, and grease.
This unit can dispense these materials at predetermined rates
with enhanced precision. With an optional high-precision digital
pressure gauge of a resolution of 0.0001MPa, this dispenser
can dispense low-viscosity liquids of 100 cps or less without
using valves.
