The Mect Micro Disoenser MS-401C has been developed
to discharge ultra-minute a,ounts of various low-viscosity liquids
(instantaneous adhesives,oils,solvents,etc.)at intermittent
and continuously variable flow rates. Compared with the existing
types,the MD-401C features most an ultra-minute flow rate of
0.007μl per dot
which is accurately discharged by our unique index pulse system.
The rollers are not rotated through friction of the tube but
the mechanism which continuou-sly rotates each roller at the
same speed is built in.This concept not only extends consid-erably
the life of the tube but also assures even discharge rates of
ultra-minute amounts. Moreover,the dispenser head features quick
replacement of the tube and can accommodate up to four tubes
simultaneously,allowing four-point discharge in a single unit.
It can be also easily installed in robots and other automated
equipment. |
